Judgment calls made by equipment operators are too often, risk related. Piston Well Service's mandate is to provide safe and cost efficient live well servicing solutions for our employees and customers through advanced alternative methods and equipment configurations.
With the Concentric Space-Maker System, pipe never moves in rams, eliminates the use of spools, reducing working heights and allowing safer staging and lubricating operations at all pressures. A standard unit will provide the ability to lubricate tool assemblies up to 250% longer than conventional snubbing equipment without the use of spools and without moving pipe in rams.
Aside from being simple and fast, the Piston Injection System will have a nitrogen or fluid head at surface during pipe installation operations for enhanced safety. While installing coupled steel tubing, operators will simply lower the pipe in the well from start to finish. Plastic / Composite Coil Tubing installations can be performed on much higher pressure wells than ever before, with the safety and efficiency of a standard wireline operation.
